Started this kit today
I am brewing it “short” at 21 Litres instead of 23 and have added 10% extra fermentables.
This means the SG is 1.041 instead of 1.038 meaning I should get around 4.4% ABV instead of 3.9% ABV
I used 1.2KG of Vinclasse brewing sugar and 11g of Nottingham Yeast
Brewing temp is 21.7c
