Healthy day today
Started with boil in the bag smoked Kippers for breakfast,
Lunch: Cheese (full fat sadly cos that's what we got) sandwich made with 2 slices of whole grain bread and no butter.
Dinner: Hairy Bikers diet Chicken tray back, which really tastes very nice and should be under 350 calories.
Water drank 3 ltrs so far
Fizzy drinks 1 can Pepsi zero
Other 3 cups of coffee, black, cup of tea, black and a tangerine.
